Siobhán has many years’ experience working across the BBC as a Content Producer, for events such as BBC Music Day, Radio 1’s Big Weekend, Radio 2 in Hyde Park, Proms in the Park, 6 Music Festival, The Biggest Weekend, 1Xtra Live and Asian Network Live. In 2018, she was Lead Digital Producer for Asian Network Live, helping to drive a 108% increase in online engagement. That year, Siobhán joined the brand-new BBC Sounds team, responsible for curating and producing exclusive Music Mixes for the newly launched BBC Sounds App. She produced bespoke playlists for output across the BBC’s networks, including Handpicked by 6 Music, Alt. 90s, Alt. 00s, Sounds of the 90s and Sounds of the 00s from Radio 2, the Mindful Mix and Classical Focus from Radio 3, as well as Beats & Bars from 1Xtra. She also produced several bespoke Music Mixes featuring celebrity guest curators, such as the Beastie Boys, Pep Guardiola and Louis Theroux.
